From Monday 30 June, the Fast-track Application Portal will deliver a better experience for users.
What changes will users see?
Personalised landing pages with relevant instructions based on the user’s role, improving navigation.
Documents displayed increased to 50 per page, so users can find what they need without excessive scrolling or clicking through multiple pages.
Improved workflow navigation, so users can go straight to the tab they need, making tasks much quicker and more efficient (but users will still need to save any changes before leaving a screen).
Improved user interface for navigation and visual appeal, aligned with Government Web Standards.
Ability for applicants to specify multiple notable features for a location, ensuring more complete and accurate site information in each application.
Applications already started will not be impacted by the changes, but the new features should help streamline their completion.
What user support is available?
From Monday, our user guides and videos will be updated and will be easier to find on this website. Users will find links to application portal user guides and videos under the heading ‘Check these top questions before calling’ on our contact page.
PDF user guides on these pages will also be updated:
If users experience any issues with the Portal that these guides cannot solve, they should contact our Contact Centre team.
