Delmore is the 30th project and 11th project in Auckland to be approved through the Fast-track process.
Vineway Limited lodged its application in January 2026, with approval taking around five months from the appointment of an independent expert panel.
“The Delmore development is over 61 ha of land in Ōrewa, Auckland, and consists of over 1,200 residential dwellings, a commercial area, two neighbourhood parks, a network of protected ecological areas, and the construction of a State Highway 1 interchange,” says Infrastructure Minister Chris Bishop.
