Project summary
The project includes:
the construction and development of a business park
land use consents for light industrial activities
land use consents for the construction of light industrial buildings and yard spaces associated with the light industry/service type activities, including onsite landscaping and car parking areas
the construction of a green/blue network, stormwater management and wastewater disposal
upgrades to existing roads and intersections as well as construction of new roads and accessways
land modification works and infrastructure to service the project
subdivision to align with the land use component for industrial buildings and yard spaces.
Project location
The project is located across approximately 511 hectares in Ardmore, South Auckland, and includes the Ardmore Airport and its surroundings.
Project referral
The Minister for Infrastructure referred the project to the Fast-track on 9 April 2026. The application was lodged on 16 January 2026.
