Brookvale Green

Project summary

A residential community comprising 189–215 new homes. As well as the residential development, the project involves:

• supporting infrastructure, including on-site stormwater management, onsite transportation network and any necessary upgrades to the wider transport network

• connection to public reticulated water and wastewater services

• landscape and ecological planning, including approximately 4.3 hectares of native planting and pest control, and integration with existing and proposed walking and cycling trails.

Project referral

The Minister for Infrastructure referred the project to the Fast-track on 15 December 2025. The application was lodged on 29 September 2025.
