In stages, develop a quarry with a maximum pit depth of 60 metres over a 50-year period, to be serviced using existing infrastructure and facilities.
100 hectares adjacent to the existing Drury Quarry (southeast of Drury) at 121 MacWhinney Drive, Drury; 1189 Ponga Road, Drury; and Ponga Road, Papakura.

The substantive application by Stevenson Aggregates Limited was deemed complete on 21 May 2025. The application complies with the requirements of section 46 (2) of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024. The application was lodged on 30 April 2025.
The substantive application by Stevenson Aggregates Limited was deemed to not have any competing applications or existing resource consents on 5 June 2025. This decision is required under section 47 of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
