Develop approximately 180 residential dwellings (50 to be Ngāti Koata iwi-led housing), a commercial centre, and a retirement village (approximately 194 townhouses, 36 in-care facility units, a clubhouse, and a pavilion).

Completeness decision

The substantive application by CCKV Maitai Dev Co LP was deemed complete on 12 March 2025. The application complies with the requirements of section 46 (2) of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024. The application was lodged on 19 February 2025.

Competing applications decision

The substantive application by CCKV Maitahi Dev Co Limited Partnership was deemed to not have any competing applications or existing resource consents on 26 March 2025. This decision is required under section 47 of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
