180 hectares between Arrowtown—Lake Hayes, McDonnell, and Hogans Gully Roads, comprising 167 McDonnell Road, 37 Hogans Gully Road, 77 Hogans Gully Road, 37 Arrowtown Lake Hayes Road, 424 Arrowtown Lake Hayes Road, and 428 Arrowtown Lake Hayes Road, Wakatipu Basin, near Arrowtown (adjacent to The Hills private golf course).
