Project location
The project area is approximately 196 hectares of rural land at 1080 State Highway 16, Waimauku, Auckland region, located south of the North Auckland Railway Line.
Project referral:
The Minister for Infrastructure referred the project to the Fast-track on 2 March 2026. The application was lodged on 24 November 2025.
