Expert conferencing
On 5 February 2026 and 17 February 2026, the Panel issued Minutes 3 and 4 directing for expert conferencing to be held on flooding and urban design matters.
Expert conferencing was held online on 19 February 2026, with experts attending on behalf of the Applicant and Auckland Council. The conferencing was facilitated by Dave Serjeant from Merestone Ltd on behalf of the Panel.
Prior to the conferencing, the applicant filed an interim response to the matters to be discussed. At the conclusion of conferencing, the experts signed a joint witness statement to record the outcome of their discussions.

On 7 November 2025, the panel convener held a conference with participants for the Waitākere District Court project.
