Expert conferencing
On 2 September 2026, the expert panel issued Minute 13 directing expert conferencing to be held on urban design, landscape and visual effects.
Expert conferencing was held at the Vero Centre in Auckland on 11 September 2026, with experts attending on behalf of the expert panel, the applicant, and Auckland Council. The conferencing was facilitated by Ian Munro on behalf of the expert panel.
At the conclusion of the conference, the experts signed a joint witness statement to record the outcome of their discussions.
