A comprehensive residential and mixed-used development comprising: 

• 1250 dwellings, 180 affordable dwellings, accommodation/workers-accommodation complex

• a commercial village precinct (retail, hospitality, community services, office space 

• 60 hectares of landscape and ecological enhancement, native planting.  

• integration with existing and proposed walking and cycling trails.

Project referral

First referral application returned

The referral application was returned to the applicant on 11 June 2025 as incomplete/non-compliant with the requirements of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.

If a project is not referred, the applicant may apply for referral again. This is considered a new application, subject to fees and charges.

Second referral application accepted

The Minister for Infrastructure referred the project to the Fast-track on 6th October 2025. The application was lodged on 4th July 2025.
