Joint witness statement – Transport
On 26 and 28 August 2026, the expert panel issued Minutes 9 and 11 respectively, directing expert conferencing to be held on transport matters.
Expert conferencing was held online on 4 and 7 September 2026, with experts attending on behalf of the applicant, Dunedin City Council and New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi.
At the conclusion of conferencing, the experts signed a joint witness statement to record the outcome of their discussions.
