Land exchange application

The land exchange application documents, comments received and Director-General of Conservation report.

The applicant proposes exchanging conservation land for other land with conservation value, to allow the development works to go ahead.

The proposal involves the exchange of approximately 170 hectares of private land with approximately 29.7 hectares of land held by the Department of Conservation.
