The expert panel issued Minute 9. The purpose of this minute is to:

direct the Applicant to confer with parties and file a list of key issues in contention
give parties notice that the panel will hold an Issues Conference to discuss procedural options to resolve or narrow key issues in contention.

18 September 2025 – Minute 8

The expert panel issued Minute 8, relating to technical reports submitted as part of a response to an invitation to comment.

The panel wants confirmation that these reports were prepared in accordance with the Environment Court Practice Note 2023. The panel directed each person who authored a report to submit a signed written confirmation.
